Also, we don’t entertain clients using inappropriate content and in such cases, we can terminate the contract or deal instantly.

Yes, we require an advance for the project as we are a registered company. Also, this is standard practice in the market to take advance so both are perfectly aligned to the project.
Yes, of course, we do have a refund policy but it is a very rare chance when someone asked us for a refund. We can refund your amount within 7 days for any service you pick.
